广东东莞市某办公楼采用冰蓄冷空调方案的节能技术经济分析

摘    要:以广东东莞市某办公楼为例,按当地气象条件及节能设计标准计算出空调冷负荷,并根据当地分时电价政策,从初投资和运行费用两方面,对该办公楼采用冰蓄冷空调系统与无蓄冷空调系统两方案进行技术经济性比较,得出冰蓄冷空调虽然初投资比无蓄冷空调高,但运行费用却比无蓄冷空调低;本文采用静态经济评价方法对该办公楼的空调系统进行节能技术经济评价,得出冰蓄冷空调比无蓄冷空调超额初投资的回收期为2.7a。因此该办公楼采用冰蓄冷空调方案是完全可行的。

Abstract:Took one of the office buildings in the Dongguan city of the Guangdong as example and combined the local weather conditions and the design standards for energy saving, calculated the air-conditioning cooling load of the building. According to the local time-sharing electricity price ,took economic comparison between ice thermal storage air-conditioning system and no ice thermal storage air-conditioning system from the initial investment and running costs ,the results showed that the initial investment of ice thermal storage air-conditioning is higher than the no ice thermal storage air-conditioning,but the running costs of it is lower than the latter. Adopted a static economic evaluation method for the office building air-conditioning system,obtained the initial super-investment payback period of the ice thermal storage air-conditioning was just 2.7 years. Therefore,the use of ice thermal storage air-conditioning program in this office building was feasible completely.
