合成甲基氯硅烷的高活性催化剂技术研究

摘    要:在D17 mm的实验室固定床装置上,对金属硅与氯甲烷在CuCl催化剂作用下直接合成甲基氯硅烷的催化反应进行了实验研究。结果表明,为获得较高的二甲基二氯硅烷选择性,CuCl催化剂在超声波作用下很好地分散于硅粉表面,并以此为催化剂于300℃以下进行甲基氯硅烷合成反应,实验测得反应速率达到150 g CH3Cl/kg Si.h以上。

Abstract:In this paper,the catalytic reaction,in which dimethyl dichlorosilane is synthesized from silicon and methane chloride under catalyzing of CuCl,was investigated on experimental apparatus of D17 mm.The experimental results showed that the reaction should proceed under the temperature of 300 ℃ to get higher dimethyl dichlorosilane selectivity.The reaction rate is higher than 150 g CH3Cl/kg Si·h.
