摘    要:通过分析发生的几起电气设备事故和Z接线变压器、树脂浇注变压器的结构特点,指出干式变压器由于制造工艺不佳可能造成运行过程中,局部放电。进而由于散热不好等原因,造成绝缘开裂损坏,引起匝间短路。例行试验时,基本上都以外施交流耐压来检验变压器的绝缘强度,纵绝缘即使已经发生损坏也检验不出。通过感应耐压试验、局部放电试验,可以及时发现干式变压器的绝缘隐患。

Abstract:Based on analyzing the occurrence of several electrical equipment accidents and structural characters of Z connection wiring transformers and cast resin transformers, pointed out that the dry-type transformers due to poor manufacturing processes may result in running partial discharge, further due to poor heat dissipation and other reasons, causing insulation cracking, leading to inter-turn short circuit. A routine test, basically to test transformer insulation strength by imposing AC withstand voltage can not detect longitudinal insulation damage. By induced over-voltage withstand test, partial discharge test, partial discharge test , dry-type transformer insulation hidden damage can be detected.
