近年来，在烟草行业中条盒的包装广泛使用喷胶电磁铁。目前使用的条盒喷胶电磁铁普遍存在着一个共同的缺陷，即启动力矩偏小。过小的启动力矩导致条盒胶点大小不均匀（甚至漏点）等现象存在。为了解决喷胶电磁铁启动力矩偏小的问题，结合相关理论及生产实践经验，提出了电磁铁应用领域的一种全新的控制模型，即电磁-双弹簧控制模型。通过应用该控制模型改进喷胶电磁铁，不仅成功解决了喷胶电磁铁启动力矩小、响应慢的问题，同时可以根据实际工况进行力矩调整，使产品可靠性得到提高。

Improvement of Spray A dhesive Electromagnet in GDX4350 Carton Packing Machine

In recent years, spray adhesives are widely used in carton packing machine in tobacco industry. But there is a disadvantage about the spray adhesive electromagnet currently, i. e. the starting torque is less than normal. Generally, small torque leads to inequality or even missing glue of tubesbox-dots. In order to solve this problem, a new electromagnetic and dual spring control model is proposed based on correlation theory and practical experience. And the control model can be used to improve the quality of the spray adhesive electromagnet. In this case, not only the problem of small starting torque and low-response can be solved successfully, but also the torque can be adjusted according to practical situation, and the applicability and reliability of products are promoted.
