| 摘 要： | 目前国内去除气门热处理后氧化膜的方法是喷丸,该方法缺点是表面粗糙、容易产生微裂纹。采用化学抛光与机械抛光同步进行的新工艺,可以有效地去除气门热处理后的氧化膜,不会产生微裂纹,还可对气门表面进行抛光。同时研究了抛光液配方及使用温度对抛光效果的影响、设计了与抛光液配合使用的同步抛光装置。该气门抛光新工艺已成功应用于生产中。
