基于随机规划的云计算中虚拟机分配优化研究

IaaS是云计算中一种基本的服务模式,虚拟机分配是其中的一项重要任务。本文针对虚拟机分配中响应时间和费用消耗的目标,给出了一种虚拟机分配问题的优化算法。该算法在需求具有不确定性的前提下,综合考虑了响应时间和费用消耗两方面的因素,对从属不同供应商的虚拟机资源进行调度和分配。本文基于随机规划理论,对算法进行了建模和仿真,给出了面向响应时间和费用消耗的目标函数及其约束,并通过仿真实验对模型进行了求解。结果表明,该方法能在最大限度节省计算费用的基础上满足不同用户的需要。

Research on the Virtual Machine Placement Algorithm in Cloud Computing Based on Stochastic Programming

Iaas is a basic service model in cloud computing,and virtual machine placement is an important task in IaaS.In this paper,an algorithm based on stochastic programming is proposed to optimize the virtual machine placement under the condition of uncertain demand requirements.This algorithm has considered the factors of both response time and cost,meets the users’requirements,and reduces their cost at the same time.
