| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术的发展，组织间的协调成本大大下降，新兴行业信息中介随之产生，信息中介可以降低交易成本，优化组织流程。从价值链集成广度和深度对信息中介做了分类，并利用经济学模型诠释信息中介的变迁轨迹和发展策略。

| Abstract: | Information agents emerge with the development of information technology as the cost of collaboration and transaction in organizations declines quickly. Information agents can reduce transaction costs and optimize business processes. This paper classifies the agents based on the width and depth of value chains.The development route and tactics of the agents are discussed. |
