| 摘 要： | 应用刀豆素蛋白A为结合剂将细胞结合于酶标板的细胞ELISA法(C-ELISA),检测几种抗细胞膜抗原单抗和筛选抗细胞膜抗原单抗,均显示具有较好的特异性和重复性。在筛选杂交瘤上清时,该法较间接免疫荧光法敏感、简便。

| Abstract: | A cell ELISA (C - ELISA) was developed in which concanavalin A was used as a binding agent between microtiter plate and cells.This method showed a good specificity and stability in detecting and screening monoclonal antibodies against cell surface antigens and was more sensitive and simpler than the indirect membrance immunofluorescence. |
