电动汽车综合性能试验台设计及制作

摘    要:为了检测电动汽车控制器的性能、动力铅酸蓄电池组或者锂离子蓄电池组在使用过程中的参数变化、驱动电机的各项性能,设计出一种电动汽车综合性能试验台,包括负载配重块、主减速器、传动轴、变速器、带轮、驱动电机、主控制器、辅助控制器、负载电机、驱动电机、蓄电池组、加速踏板、制动踏板和蓄电池组。试验台在驱动桥的左右两端分别设置有六个模拟车辆不同载荷的加载配重块。试验台能够模拟车辆在不同载荷条件下的ECE(Economic Commission of Europe safety regulations)循环试验、制动能量回收试验等。控制器检测车辆运行速度、动力蓄电池组的工作电流、蓄电池组的端电压、蓄电池组在使用过程中的容量变化等参数,为电动汽车的研发提供试验平台。

Abstract:To test electric vehicle's controller performance, parameter change of power lead-acid battery pack or lithium ion battery pack in use process, and various performances of drive motors, this article introduces the design of a comprehensive performance test bed for electric vehicles, including a load balancing weight, main reducing gear, driving axle, speed changer, belt?wheel, drive motor, main controller, secondary controller, load motor, battery pack, accelerator pedal and brake pedal.Six load balancing weights simulating different vehicle loads are arranged on each side of the drive bridge.The test bed can simulate cyclic tests under different load conditions in accordance with ECE (Economic Commission of Europe) safety regulations as well as brake energy recovery tests.The controller can test vehicle speed as well as working current, terminal voltage and capacity change of power battery packs, thus providing a test platform for the R&D of electric vehicles.
