电磁花椒采摘器的设计

摘    要:针对花椒树是多尖刺的植物生长特征,提出了利用直流电磁原理设计双盘平板式电磁采摘器的方案,主要由三部分组成,即机械部分、控制部分和电磁部分,其中电磁部分创新的提出了双线圈直流电磁铁同时作用的理念和方法,通过控制部分使磁铁正行程和逆行程安全高效运行,避免了因刺扎手而降低的采摘效率,方案经仿真和实验切实可行。

Abstract:Considering pepper tree has growth characteristics of multi-stylus plants,this paper presents a scheme for designing a double-disk plate type electromagnetic picking device by using the DC electromagnetic principle.The scheme is mainly composed of three parts,namely mechanical part,control part and electromagnetic part.This paper proposes an innovative idea and method to enable doublecoil DC electromagnets to function at the same time in the electromagnetic part,and the control part ensures safe and highly efficient operation of forward and backward strokes of the electromagnet,thus avoiding reduction of picking efficiency due to picking hand.Simulation and experimental result verify the feasibility of this scheme.
