摘    要:提出了基于PLC和HMI的太阳能热水工程控制方案,能有效利用太阳能集热阵列吸收的热量,选用Delta DVP-32ES为核心控制器,以DOP-07S415触摸屏作为人机界面设计了硬件电路和软件系统。工程应用表明,方案运行稳定、节能效果显著、智能化程度高,在太阳能热水工程的控制应用中具体很大的推广价值。

Abstract:This paper presents the design of a control scheme for solar water heating based on PLC and HMI, which can effectively utilize the energy absorbed by the solar heat collection array. Using Delta DVP-32ES as core controller and DOP-07S415 touch screen as HMI, we design hardware circuitry and software system. Practical application shows that this highly intelligent system has steady operation and remarkable energy saving effect, and is worthy of popularization in the control application of solar water heating.
