摘    要:北二东西块二类油层是大庆油田萨北开发区弱碱三元复合驱工业化推广区块,目前处于三元主段塞注入阶段,区块综合含水率呈持续下降趋势。应用油藏工程理论,结合区块开发地质特点,通过精细地质解剖、剩余油分布、生产动态分析及精细过程管理,开展了注剂前深度调剖、规模分注、体系优化及个性化跟踪调整等工作,对各类工作及区块整体开发效果进行了评价,并与同类区块进行对比。结果表明:区块综合含水率与注剂前相比下降6.8百分点,单井日增油3.9 t,增油达到1.29倍,明显高于其他同类区块。总结出区块分类井见效特征,明确了弱碱三元复合驱开发指标变化规律,深化了油藏开发规律认识,为其他三元驱区块开发调整提供了依据。

Abstract:The second-class oil reservoirs in N2E West Block arelocated in the industrially generalized block ofweak-alkaline ASP flooding in Sabei Development Zone of Daqing Oilfield,which are in the ASP main plug stage at present,and moreover the block comprehensive watercut presents continues decline tendency.With the help of reservoir engineering theory,and integrated with the development geology characteristics of the block,and furthermore by means of the fine geologic anatomy,remaining oil distribution and production dynamics analyses and fine process management,the following tasks were conducted:deep profile control before the injection,large-size separated injection,systematical optimization,individualized follow-up adjustments and so on,and moreover all kinds of work and overall development effect of the block were evaluated,finally the contrast and comparison were carried out with the same-kind blocks.The achievements show that block comprehensive watercut drops by 6.8% than before,the daily incremental oil production per well is up to 3.9 t i.e.the multiple time reaches 1.29,obviously higher than the other similar block.In the end,the effects of the block separated well were summarized,the changed laws of the ASP development indexes were made clear,and the understandings of the reservoir development rules were deepened,thus the reference bases for the development and adjustments of the other ASP-flooding blocks were provided.
