一种应用三方通信技术的全自动分拣系统设计

采用三方通信技术,将主站FX2N-48MRPLC与从站FX2N-16MRPLC、D700变频器、触摸屏通过三方通信方式连入通信网络,设计了集输送、姿势判别、材质判别、颜色判别、姿势调整、次品剔除、分拣一体的全自动分拣系统,详细介绍了该系统的方案设计,硬件配置和三方通信方式、程序设计技巧等。试验证实,变频器应用传送带能保持工件安全、连续传送,而且为系统节省能耗,变频器程序采用多个命令格式(HF0)可以缩短程序扫描时间,减少繁琐的程序编写,提高生产运行效率;利用脉冲定位,可减少由于传统时间定位引起的误差,实现精准控制;同时该系统可在传送模块中增加其他的传感器,增加物流分拣的安全性;将通信技术拓展到无线通信,可实现手机监控,智能管理。该系统可广泛应用于物流分拣、工厂自动化分拣生产线中。

The Design of a Fully Automatic Sorting System Using Three-party Communication Technology

In this paper,we use three-party communication mode to connect master station FX2N-48MRPLC and slave station FX2N-16MRPLC,D700 frequency converter and touch screen.A fully automatic sorting system is designed,which integrates such functions as feeding,pose discrimination,material discrimination,color discrimination,pose adjustment,inferior elimination and sorting.It describes in detail the scheme design of the system,hardware configuration,three-party communication mode and programming technique.Experiments prove that the conveyor belt used by the frequency converter can not only ensure safety of working pieces and continuous transmission,but also reduce energy consumption.The multiple demand format adopted by the frequency converter can shorten program scanning time,reduce tedious programming and improve production efficiency.By using pulse positioning,we can reduce errors caused in traditional time positioning so as to realize accurate control.In the meanwhile,this system can use additional sensors in its transmission module to raise safety in logistics sorting.Communication technology is expanded to wireless communication so that mobile phone monitoring and intelligent management can be realized.This system can be used widely in logistics sorting as well as automatic sorting lines in the factories.
