合成乙苯分子筛失活催化剂再生研究

摘    要:通过体外烧炭再生方法对合成乙苯的结炭催化剂进行再生;通过TO方法对催化剂的炭含量进行测定;通过TPD方法测量了再生催化剂的酸性,并根据TPD脱附曲线对委员长中酸的恢复程度进行了讨论,酸性及X光的测定结果表明,90%活性被恢复而催化剂的主要结构未被损坏,上述实验结果证明,体外再生方法对该结炭催化剂再生是适合的。

Abstract:Coked catalyst for ethylbenzene synthesis was regenerated by burning coke in external reaction bed. Coke content of coked catalyst was measured with TPO device. Acidity on the regenerated catalyst was measured by TPD method, and the recovery degree of each acid type was discussed using the desorption curves. Measured results of intrinsic activity and X- ray diffraction show that 90% of intrinsic activity is recov-ered, and the catalyst construction is not destroyed. Above results show that the burning coke method in external reaction bed is suitable for the regeneration of coked cata-lyst.
