水泥砂浆在钻井井壁壁后充填中的应用试验研究

摘    要:钻井井壁壁后充填固井需要充填浆液,传统的充填方式为水泥浆充填。但水泥浆充填,水泥消耗量大,成本高。信湖煤矿中央风井采用钻井法凿井,井筒第2段高壁后充填采用水泥浆和水泥砂浆2种材料,即用水泥砂浆替代部分水泥浆,达到了预期效果。简要介绍了水泥砂浆地面水平泵送试验及其与水泥浆性能对比试验和水泥砂浆壁后充填情况。

Experiment Study on Cement Grout Applied to Backfilling of Mine Shaft Boring Liner
Abstract:The backfilling and reinforcement of the mine shaft boring liner should have the filling grout and the conventional filling method would be cement fillings.But the cement grout filling would have high cement consumption and a high cost.A mine shaft coring sinking method was applied to the mine central ventilation shaft of Xinhu Mine.The second section of the mine shaft was backfilled with the cement grout and the cement and sand grout.The cement and sand grout was applied to replace the partical cement grout and the expected effect was reached.The paper briefly introduced the horizontal pumping test of the cement and sand grout at the surface ground,the comparison tests of the cement grout performances and the backfilling condition of the cement and sand grout.
