厚壁合金钢管磁性探伤后的退磁技术

摘    要:根据厚壁合金钢管在涡流及漏磁无损检测中的特点,分析了厚壁合金钢管在探伤过程中存在剩磁的原因。针对难以退磁的合金材料,提出了一种新的退磁方法。在实践应用中,解决了厚壁合金钢管在无损探伤中退磁难的问题,效果明显。

Abstract:The remnant magnetization of the thick wall alloy steel pipe on eddy current testing is analyzed in the paper. A new method of demagnetization is put forward. The difficult problem of demagnetization of thick wall alloy steel pipe on eddy current testing is solved. This kind of technique is used on the demagnetization of the thick wall alloy steel pipe on eddy testing.
