多相混输试验及其数据查询系统设计

摘    要:根据多相混输试验系统的具体工艺和生产控制要求,运用SIEMENS公司的WinCC组态软件实现了多相混输监控系统的设计。阐述了系统组成、上位机软件的设计与实现。该系统实现对多相混输工序生产状况的实时检测、故障报警、历史数据记录及查询等功能,提高了多相混输的工业自动化水平,有效保证了测试的质量。通过ACCESS数据库的ActiveX数据对象(ADO)连接,实现了对WinCC采集数据的灵活查询和复杂报表打印功能。该系统已投入运行,实践证明该系统功能强大,稳定可靠。

Abstract:According to the process requirements of MFM(Multiphase Flow Meter Test),the SiemensWinCC configuration software is applied to practicaluse to realize the design of MFM extracting monitoring system.The passage elaborates the composition of system,the functions of upper computers’ design and realiza-tion as well.The system can realize the real-tmie monitoring functions,fault alarm,recording and inquiring the history data,which can improve the automation level in the MFM and insure the quality of the test.And it solves commendably the problems of flexible data inquiry and complicated data report based on ACCESS using VB program.The system has been put into practical use,and it turned out that the system is powerful and steady,which will definitelymeet the future demands ofmodern industrial supervision.
