摘    要:铸铁组织和铸造缺陷是影响其性能的重要因素,也是衡量铸铁压力容器安全和可靠的基本指标,但目前铸铁压力容器的无损检测技术在国内还缺少成熟的方法和完善的检测标准。文章主要针对高速宽幅造纸机械设备烘缸球墨铸铁轴头进行球化率和内部缺陷超声波检测。通过试验来验证超声波检测技术在该类轴检测中的应用效果,并判定球墨铸铁组织及其性能。

Abstract:Microstrueture of cast iron and casting defects was an important factor that influencing its performance, also was a basic measure of cast iron pressure vessel safety and reliability. But the nondestructive testing technology of cast iron pressure still lacked the mature methods and perfect testing standards in domestic. This article mainly aimed at high speed and wide paper machine drying cylinder of ductile iron head for spheroidization rate and internal defects in ultrasonic testing. It could verify the reliable application of the ultrasonic test in these axes, and predict the organization and mechanical properties of ductile iron by this experiment.
