| 摘 要： | 介绍了海上平台工艺管线腐蚀的机理和腐蚀多发位置,应用超声测厚法、超声导波法以及两者相结合的检测方法来查找腐蚀严重的部位,并根据检测结果做出进一步的分析评估,从而保障了海上平台生产设施安全有效地运行和作业人员的安全。

| Abstract: | This article introduced the corrosion mechanism and corrosion prone positions of process pipe lines.Combination of ultrasonic thickness and ultrasonic guided waves methods were utilized to detect the corrosion occurrence,based on the test results,risk analysis and risk control methods could be carried out.The above mentioned measures thus ensured the establishment to operate effectively and safely,and ensured especially the safety of workmen. |
