摘    要:利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜对抗层状撕裂性能差的钢板进行了显微分析,发现造成Z向抗层状撕裂性能差的主要原因是钢板的中心偏析的存在,进而造成钢板厚度中心位置产生了贝氏体+马氏体组织,并且由于热应力,使得裂纹在中心区域萌发并扩展,严重影响了钢板的Z向抗层状撕裂性能.

Abstract:Using metallographic microscope, SEM against lamellar tearing performance difference of steel on the microscopic analysis, found that the cause to Z resistance of lamellar tearing performance difference is the main reason of the steel plate center segregation of existence, and the thickness of the steel plate handled by center produced bainite +martensite structure, and because of the heat stress, makes the crack in the center area of germination and expand, seriously affected the steel plate of Z to anti lamellar tearing performance.
