| 摘 要： | 主要介绍湘钢宽厚板MES系统的质量管理系统的功能架构及实施情况.针对湘钢宽厚板产线多、钢种多、多规格、工序多等特点.依托宽厚板MES系统,遵循和强化质量管理一贯制为原则, “集中、一贯、高效、优化”的实现全公司产品从炼钢到成品全面质量控制,提高了宽厚板质量管理水平及业务流程运行效率.

| Abstract: | Function establishment and application of XiangGang Wide and Heavy plate MES quality management system are mainly prescribed. For that the production line, steel grade, specification and process are of large number, complying with and reinforcing quality management consistency, total quality control from steelmaking to finished products has been ＂entirely, always, effectively and perfectly＂ reached, wide and heavy plate quality management leve and operation flow running efficiency are improved by means of wide and heavy plate MES system.. |
