| 摘 要： | 进行磁粉和渗透无损检测时,按照国际和国内相关标准,都对光照度列出了相关要求。由于长期操作的惯性所致,许多单位在实际表面无损检测中,均没有对光照度相关要求进行确认,或虽有文件和作业指导书的书面叙述,但基本没有进行实际有效控制。根据这种现状,文章就表面检测时,光照度对检测结果的可靠性问题提出讨论。

| Abstract: | According to the international and domestic standards, the surface illumination of nondestructivetesting are listed in the relevant requirements. In the daily operation, there are not related requirements for confirmation of the illumination in many factories in the actual surface nondestructive testing. Or there is no real effective control , in spite of relevant documents. According to the present situation, illumination on detection results of reliability is discussed in this paper. |
