摘    要:为了解决凝汽器传热管在管板区的涡流Bobbin探头检测存在的检测盲区,文章提出了采用MRPC探头检测这一区域的方法。通过试验研究,区分了不同类型缺陷信号并归纳了不同类型缺陷的信号特征。通过建立伤深-相位曲线,实现了对于不同类型人工缺陷的缺陷深度测量。为了检验该方法的有效性,采用该方法检测了模拟管板传热管中不同位置的人工缺陷,取得了良好的检出效果,深度测量值与实际值接近。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of Bobbin probe inspection blind spot in condenser tube sheet region, using the MRPC probe to inspect the tube in this region is introduced in this thesis. Through experimental study, different kinds of defects are distinguished and their signal characteristics are achieved. By setting up depth-phase curve, defect depth sizing is realized. To test the effectiveness of this inspection method, defects in the simulation test blocks of tube sheet are inspected and good performances are showed in probability of detection and depth sizing which is similar to the real depth.
