摘    要:在ASG管脚焊缝超声检测中,受探头、工件结构、焊缝成形等因素影响,会出现缺陷的定位不准的困难,从而影响检测过程及结果。讨论了一种适应现场复杂工况的定位方法。通过使用改良过的作图法和公式相辅助的方法,准确确定了缺陷的位置,可以加快现场工作效率,从而更好地完成现场检测工作。

Abstract:In the ultrasonic testing of weld pin ASG, there will be difficulties for the positioning of defects due to the probe, workpiece structure, weld and other factors, which affect the testing process and results. This article focuses on a more complex site conditions to adapt to the positioning method. By using the modified drawing method and formula-assisted method, one can speed up owsite efficiency and complete its work so as to better.
