摘    要:中锰钢是一种新发展的耐磨钢,而TiC的加入可以显著提高钢的耐磨性能.通过原位合成的方法,在中锰钢中引入TiC颗粒,探索了进一步提高该钢种耐磨性能的途径.研究表明,通过原位合成方法引入TiC颗粒后,中锰钢基体组织未发生明显变化,水韧处理后中锰钢呈奥氏体组织;TiC的引入提高了中锰钢的硬度和强度,表明其具有一定的强化效果;对TiC强化中锰钢磨损试验研究表明,不论是在油润滑,还是水润滑条件下,引入一定量TiC都会使基体耐磨性大幅提高,所能承受的极限载荷也有很大提高.

Abstract:Medium manganese steel is a new kind of wear resistance steel. TiC could rapidly increase the wear resistance of steel. A new method, in situ synthesis method introducing TiC particles into medium manganese steel, was explored to increase the wear resistance of this steel. The results show that through the introduction of in situ synthesis TiC, medium manganese steel has no significant changes in the structure. Medium manganese steel has austenite structure.
