分析了原料的染配色、混合方式、混合的均匀程度、主要工艺配置和现场管理对色纺纱质量的影响,指出应根据色纺纱的生产特点合理选用原料和混合方法,控制原料性质差异,严格配色和染色操作,加强现场管理,清梳工序应适度开松和梳理,减少对纤维的损伤,并粗工序要减少意外伸长,控制条子的不匀率,细纱工序要优化工艺配置,减少粗细节、棉结、毛羽和纱线断头,络筒工序要减少毛羽及棉结增长率,以消除色差或色档,提高色纺纱的质量.

Technical measures to improve dyed yarn quality
