| 摘 要： | 混凝土泵车发生的故障半数以上与液压系统有关,实现泵车液压系统的自诊断能够提高服务工程师的工作效率和泵车的使用效率.提出适用于本地的诊断策略--基于参数和信号分析的故障诊断方法,以及适用于远程后台的诊断策略--智能诊断方法,并通过试验验证上述方法的有效性.

Multiple Hydraulic Failures Diagnosing for Pumping System of Concrete Pump Trucks |

| Abstract: | More than half of the failures of a concrete pump truck are related to hydraulic system. Realization of self-diagnosing for the hydraulic systems will increase work efficiency of a service engineer and tha productivity of the truck. A local diagnosis strategy,failure diagnosing based on parameters and signal analysis,as well as a remote background strategy,intelligent diagnosing,are suggested. Effectiveness of the above methods is verified with tests. |
