| 摘 要： | 平地机后车架需要加工的孔较多,按照原划线、钻孔的加工工艺,孔距无法保证,加工效率低.为了解决这一问题,根据车架孔位的分布,设计了后车架钻模工装,可确保各孔的加工质量,提高生产效率.

| Abstract: | There are more holes need to be machined on the rear frame of a grader. In marking and drilling processes, the holes distance can be ensured and the machining efficiency is low. In order to solve the problem, a drilling fixture is designed for the rear frame according the holes positions on the grader. Machining quality can be ensured and productivity is increased. |
