车铣加工薄壁回转体的有限元分析

摘    要:使用Ansys8.0建立了工件的三维实体模型,确定了车铣过程中的激振力,利用模态叠加法(ModeSuperposition)对薄壁回转体工件进行了不同切深的谐响应有限元分析。分析结果表明,在对薄壁回转体工件进行车铣加工时,为防止共振现象产生,应避开各阶固有频率。

Abstract:The three-dimensional physical model is established by the software of Ansys 8.0, and the vibration force is determined in the process of turn-milling. The Mode Superposition is used to analyse the thin-walled revolution workpiece whose cutting depth is different.The analysis result is shown the inherent frequency of every step should be avoided in the process of turn-milling in order to avoid the happening of the resonant.
