以串联法新工艺开创氧化铝工业新局面

以我国铝土矿特点在特定历史条件下发展起来的烧结法和混联法氧化铝工业面临激烈国际竞争，发展后劲不足。为革新氧化铝工艺，合理利用资源，借鉴美、俄串联法工艺进行创新试验研究和工程设计时断时续近50年(1953—2002)。中州铝厂二期可研曾推荐串联法生产氧化铝方案。总结10年来开发国内外氧化铝资源的多种途径实践，特别和美国铝业公司相互开发氧化铝资源的经验，以及2002年晋北氧化铝厂预可研工艺方案比较，经专家评审推荐串联法，我国发展氧化铝新的机遇大于挑战。展望串联法改造氧化铝工业的新局面：增加有效供给，提高工艺水平和竞争能力．合理利用铝土矿资源及尽快建设氧化铝1000万t强国。

BRING ABOUT A NEW SITUATION OF ALUMINA INDUSTRY WITH NEW SERIES PROCESS

Sintering process and Mixed combination process developed based on Chinese bauxite characteristics and a given historical period are facing sharp international competitive and lack of reserve strength in development. To innovate alumina process and rationally utilize resources, the test and study and engineering work with references of American and Russian series processes have been conducted off and on for nearly 50 years (1953-2002). Plan of producing alumina with series process was recommended in the feasibility study report for the second phase project of Zhongzhou Aluminum Plant. Based on the summing-up of 10 years of practice in developing alumina resources both at home and abroad, especially the experience obtained with American aluminum companies and the process technology comparison in the pre-feasibility study for Jinbei Alumina Refinery, series process were proposed by experts. New opportunity is superior to challenge in developing of Chinese alumina industry. A new situation of alumina industry, such as enhancing effective supply, improving production process and competitiveness, rationally utilizing bauxite resources and building a strong alumina producing country of 10 million t/y as soon as possible can be expected after modification of Chinese alumina industry with series process.
