防尘盖成形工艺分析与模具设计

摘    要:通过对汽车防尘盖的结构和尺寸公差的分析,提出了几种加工工艺方案,对各方案进行了论证,最终确定了采用单工序模成形该零件,在1个工位同时完成成形和切断2个工序。同时还介绍了生产防尘盖模具的结构和设计要点,实践证明该模具成形的零件毛刺极小,产品断面平整光滑,尺寸精度达到要求。

Abstract:Several processing plans for an automobile dust cap were put forward after a discussion on the component structure and dimensional tolerance.A single-procedure die was adopted to form the component in which two actions of forming and cutting can be finished at a service position.Then the die structure and the key points in the design were stated.The application shows that the product has minimal burrs and smooth fracture surface,and the dimensional accuracy meets the requirements as well.
