| 摘 要： | 伴随着当代经济全球化和新科技革命浪潮，我国正步入由世界纺织大国向纺织强国发展的新时期，技术进步已成为产业结构调整和产业升级的首要决定力。文章根据我国纺织工业技术进步的现状，就如何加快企业技术进步，使纺织工业这一传统支柱产业焕发生机，进而全面提升我国纺织企业的综合竞争力阐述了观点。

| Abstract: | In the course of global economic integration and technology revolution, China has entered a stage of turning itself from a big textile producer to a competitive textile producer in the world, and technological upgrading has become the most important factor deciding whether the industry restructuring and upgrading is successful. Based on the practical progress made by the Chinese textile industry in technological upgrading campaign, the article expresses views and opinions on how to accelerate the enterprises' step of technological upgrading that targets to revitalize this traditional pillar industry and consequently enhance the overall competence of Chinese textile enterprises. |
