硒化锌晶体加工工艺研究

摘    要:根据硒化锌(ZnSe)晶体材料的性能特点,在大量试验的基础上,探索出了一套实用的、行之有效的ZnSe晶体的整盘等厚加工工艺。加工中采用双氧水溶剂浸泡Al2O3抛光剂,软化了Al2O3磨料。结果表明:该工艺技术有效地提高了ZnSe晶体零件的表面光洁度,保证了同心度,对于实际生产有一定的推广应用价值。

Abstract:A novel and effective processing technology that same thickness of ZnSe crystal pieces can be processed on grinder with whole plate was introduced based on the features of ZnSe crystals and lots of experiments. While processing with this technology, the polishing powder Al2O3 was soaked in hydrogen peroxide solution to make them soften. The results show that the finished ZnSe crystal pieces have higher surface smoothness and assuring better concentricity. The technology shows a relative practical value.
