摘    要:文中提出叶轮参数化设计方案,以ANSYS软件为开发平台,实现叶轮的三维参数化有限元建模;在此基础上,分析研究液压、拉杆、GM(gear multiplying assembly)三种典型装配工艺,提出综合考虑强度、刚度约束统一的离心叶轮装配工艺优化设计模型;针对不同的叶轮装配形式,只需要修改其优化目标,即可得到理想的设计结果.最后,以液压装配工艺工程实例说明该优化方法的有效性.

Abstract:It is hard to satisfy the engineering needs by using simplify methods to analyze centrifugal impeller.In order to find intensity and rigidity information of impeller detailedly, 3D modeling,analysis and design optimization is needed. A 3-D parametrization design project was developed to model impeller, aided by ANSYS.Based on this, a uniform assembly optimization design model including intensity and rigidity restrictions was advanced by analyzing three type of assembly technics of impeller(hydraulic pressure assembly, gear multiplying assembly, pull shank assembly).For different assembly impeller, an ideal optimization result can be gained as long as the optimization object was amended.In the end, an engineering example was presented in which a hydraulic pressure assembly impeller was optimized.It shows that this optimization method is reliable and efficient.
