智能型SDI测试系统的研究

本文围绕SDI测试问题作了系统地分析研究,设计了一套全自动测试方案,摒弃了以往传统测试中的人工操作、准确度差等缺憾,采用ATMEL公司生产的MCS-51系列单片机89C52、电磁流量变送器等智能元件,设计了单片机控制系统、电源系统、看门狗控制等硬件电路,建立了LCD液晶显示模块,开发了大量的相应程序,实现对SDI指数的自动测试。经过反复论证、调试,成功地研制出智能型SDI测试系统。该系统具有操作便捷、测量精度高、测试速度快以及显示界面友好等特点,填补了国内该类测试仪器的空白。

Manufacture of SDI measurement apparatus realized by MCU

According to the problem of the test method of the SDI,we design a new method instead of the one before.It can get the data automatically,decrease the measuring error and increase the accuracy.The main parts of SDI device conclude the MCS-51 of ATMEL company and flux meter.We design single chip system,power system,watchdog system,display system of LCD,and software,etc.After a series of trial,we develop the device finally.The device is accurate and has a friendly interface.The intelligent device meets the need of the market.It operates easily and has the virtue of accuracy.It is the first time that we develop it in the domestic market.
