纳米级羟基磷灰石在牙膏中的应用研究

摘    要:主要研究纳米级羟基磷灰石(Nano-HAP)在牙膏中的应用。通过抑菌试验与再矿化试验,分别研究其抗菌效果和对人工龋的再矿化效果。结果表明,纳米级羟基磷灰石(Nano-HAP)质量分数为5%时具有非常显著的抑制变形链球菌生长作用(P<0.01),含纳米级羟基磷灰石(Nano-HAP)质量分数为5%的牙膏对人工龋进行再矿化10 d后,牙釉质的显微硬度值得到非常显著的提高(P<0.01),对牙齿脱矿区有较好的再矿化作用。含纳米级羟基磷灰石(Nano-HAP)质量分数为5%的牙膏具有防龋效果。

Abstract:The application of nano-hydroxy-apatite(Nano-HAP)in toothpaste was studied.The effects of bacteria(inhibition) and remineralization of artificial dental caries were investigated through corresponding experiments.The results showed that,Nano-HAP has dramatically effective function in preventing the growth of streptococcus mutans when Nano-HAP's concentration is 5%.The toothpaste containing the Nano-HAP of 5% concentration was used to remineralize the(artificial) caries for 10 d,the hardness value of dental enamel is increased significantly,which demonstrates the good(remineralization) effect in the demineralization areas of teeth under test.
