多元耐磨铝青铜的强化工艺

摘    要:研究了热处理对铸态多元铝青铜的微观组织和性能的影响,确定了合金的较佳固溶-时效热处理参数,探讨了合金的强化机理.结果表明,合金经960℃×2 h(水淬)固溶+520℃×3 h(空冷)时效工艺处理后,硬度为40.8 HRC,抗拉强度为608 MPa,冲击韧度为4.8 J/cm~(-2).

Abstract:The effects of heat-treatment on microstructure and properties of multi-element micro-alloying aluminum-bronze alloy and strengthening mechanics were studied. The better process for solution-aging tratment was confirmed. The results show that the tensile strength, hardness and impact ductility is up to 608 Mpa, 40.8 HRC and 4.8 J/cm~(-2) after 960℃×2 h solution (cooling in water)+520℃× 3 h aging (cooling in air).
