高饱和磁化强度ε Fe3N磁性液体的研制

摘    要: 采用自行研制的氮化铁磁性液体热解装置,制备出最高饱和磁化强度Ms=0163 3 T的氮化铁磁性液体。X射线分析表明,磁性颗粒为单一的ε Fe3N物相成分。经透射电镜观测,其颗粒尺寸在15~20 nm范围内,而且分布均匀。在反应基载液中添加浓缩油NS,经热解,在较短时间内能获得Ms>01 T的氮化铁磁性液体,并大大缩短了反应时间。

Abstract:Single phase ε Fe3N magnetic fluid with saturation magnetization 1633Gs was successfully prepared by home made equipment. TEM measurement shows that the dispersion of the magnetic particle in the carrier is quite homogeneous and the average size of the particle is 15-20 nm. The ε Fe3N magnetic fluid with the saturation magnetization more than 1 000 Gs can be obtained in a shorter time by adding the concentration reagent NS to the carrier during preparation.
