| 摘 要： | 针对宝钢电镀锡机组原有监控系统的不足，提出了一种新的电镀锡机组监控解决方案。新系统在解决原有问题的同时增加了分析功能，包括趋势图显示、张力负荷分析、阳极板使用分析和报警信息四大模块。在该系统中，监控计算机通过以太网与PLC连接。本软件完全基于．Net Framework1．1开发。

| Abstract: | The old monitor system in Electrolytic Tin Line of Baosteel has many shortcomings.So a new monitor systemhas been proposed.The new system solves the existing problems and provides analysis functions including four modules:trend figure,Analysis on Tension and Load,alarm interface and plating analysis.In this system,monitor computer connectsthe PLC via Ethernet.This software is developed totally on.Net Framework. |
