摘    要:定量分析了变电站时钟同步的校时误差、自动化装置时钟精度及基于两者的校时时间间隔确定等问题。结合脉冲信号校时和串行通信校时的工作过程,得出了各自的校时精度;装置时钟分辨率和时钟精度应根据系统要求的最小事件顺序记录SOE(Sequence Of Events)分辨率选取。分析发现,变电站自动化装置的时钟误差不仅取决于校时精度,更取决于自动化装置本身的时钟精度。指出校时时间间隔的选取对自动化装置时钟同步具有决定性影响.并给出了计算公式。

Abstract:The time correction error of substation clock synchronization, the clock precision of automation equipment and the time correction interval are quantitatively analyzed. Combined with the working processes of time correction by using pulse signal and serial communication, the time correction precisions are obtained. It is pointed out that the clock distinguishability and precision should be determined by the minimal SOE (Sequence Of Events) distinguishability required by the system. It is found that the clock precision of automation equipment influences the time precision rather than the time correction precision. So the time correction interval has the determinant effect on the clock synchronization, the calculative formula of which is presented.
