EVA/PP共混纤维的制备及其对香料分子吸附的研究

摘    要:在微型柱塞纺丝机上采用共混纺丝法制备了对油性香料分子有较大吸附量的乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物/聚丙烯(EVA/PP)共混纤维。考察了该纤维对香料的吸附时间,吸附温度,EVA含量对吸附量的影响以及对不同香料的吸附性。结果EVA含量对吸附量有较大影响,随EVA含量的增加,对乙酸卞酯的吸附量明显增加,而吸附时间、温度对吸附量影响不大。该纤维对不同香料的吸附具有选择性。

Abstract:Ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer/polypropylene(EVA/PP) blend fiber which adsorbed well for oiliness perfume molecule was prepared by blend spinning process on microplunger spin machine. Both the effects of adsorbing time and temperature and EVA content on adsorption amount and the adsorbability of EVA/PP blend fiber were studied. The results show that EVA content has rather too seriously effect on the adsorption amount that adsorbing time and temperature affect a little. The adsorption for carbobezyloxy acetate increases markedly while increasing EVA content. The fiber has selective adsorption for various perfume.
