高速磁悬浮转子功率测试原理与技术

摘    要:分析了现有的电动机测功机不能用于高速磁悬浮转子测功的原因,提出了一种新型的能适用于高速磁悬浮转子的测功方法.此测功机采用非接触式加载——永磁涡流加载,可以避免机械轴承和联轴器的速度极限的限制.介绍了测功原理和永磁涡流加载器的工作机理,并对永磁涡流加载器中气隙磁场进行分析和对转子制动转矩的进行计算.最后讨论了高速测功机设计制造中的关键问题.

Abstract:This paper analyses the reason why the present dynamometers can't fit for the measuring power of high speed magnetic suspended rotor,and introduces a new suitable method for it.This dynamometer using permanent magnetic eddy load,without any contact,can avoid the velocity limit of mechanical bearing and coupling.The principle of measuring power and permanent magnetic eddy load are discussed in this paper.The magnetic field of air gap in the equipment of permanent eddy load is analyzed,and the brake torque of rotor is computed.In the end of this article,some key issues in designing and manufacturing the high speed dynamometer are dealt with.
