郑州黄河公铁两用桥钢桁梁典型构件制作技术

摘    要:郑州黄河公铁两用桥钢桁梁是世界上首次采用边桁倾斜空间三主桁结构,其铁路桥面采用正交异性板整体钢桥面,边桁腹杆为空间斜杆,主桁杆件采用平行四边形整体节点形式,制作工艺新、加工难度大。针对以上典型构件采取的一系列工艺措施,最终取得较好的效果,确保杆件的制作精度和焊接质量,为今后类似桥梁制作积累了经验。

Abstract:The three-main-truss space structure with inclined chord for the trussed girder of Zhengzhou Yellow River Highway Railway bridge is firstly used in the world.The orthotropic deck for railway,spatial inclined web member of side truss,and parallelogram integral panel point for main truss members make a bridge with new fabrication processes and difficult machining.A series of processing measures adopted for the above typical members obtain good result finally,which ensure the fabrication accuracy and welding quality of members and accumulate experience for the fabrication of the similar bridge in the future.
