| 摘 要： | 界定有色金属急缺矿产资源有利于认清我国有色金属矿产资源的供需形势和市场特征,有利于我国有色金属矿产资源相关政策的制定。在前人成果的基础上,界定了有色金属急缺矿产的内涵,构建了急缺性评价体系,并运用AHP方法对有色金属品种进行了评价,结论是:铜、铝、钴、锌、镍属于我国目前的有色金属急缺矿产资源。随着科技、国际态势的变化,有色金属急缺矿产资源品种也将需要随之动态调整。
