| 摘 要： | 采用化学分析、X射线衍射分析及粒度组成分析等方法研究了该氧化铜矿的矿石性质,考查了磨矿细度、药剂制度对浮选的影响。结果表明,原矿品位1.29%,氧化率92.25%,含泥量65.59%,通过一次粗选、三次扫选、两次精选闭路试验,获得了品位18.23%和回收率73.46%的铜精矿,该铜矿难处理的主要原因在于铜矿物以难选赤铜矿为主,矿泥含量高。

| Abstract: | Ore property of this copper dioxide has been studied through the methods such as chemical analysis,XRD,particle size distribution composition analysis and etc.And the effects of grinding fineness and reagent regulation on flotation have been investigated as well.The results indicate that the raw ore grade is 1.29%,copper oxidation rate is 92.25% and slime content is 65.59%.By closed circuit process of 1 stage of roughing,3 stages of scavenging and 2 stages of cleaning flotation,18.32% concentrate grade with... |
