摘    要:以某难选高铝、高硅且泥化严重的铁矿石为原料,采用焙烧-磁选工艺进行分选。通过单因素试验和正交试验,探索了煤粉用量、焙烧温度、焙烧时间、磨矿细度及磁场强度等对该矿石分选效果的影响。试验结果表明,在焙烧温度为950℃、焙烧时间为80 min、煤粉用量占矿样25%、磨矿细度为64.00%-0.038 mm、磁场强度为93.33 kA/m的条件下,可获得精矿品位为56.09%、回收率为60.87%的铁精矿。
