选铜工艺中中矿再磨钢球配比量的探索试验

摘    要:针对某铜选厂浮选工艺流程,采用中矿再磨工艺进行选矿试验,对比了不同中矿再磨钢球配比条件下的选矿效果。不同钢球配比条件下,新工艺的回收率不同,说明中矿再磨不同球比磨矿的针对性不同。运用筛析法、点测法对中矿磨前、磨后颗粒进行了分析,发现中矿磨后能有效的降低粗颗粒粒级的数量,解离度增加,中间粒级及细颗粒级产率增加。对新工艺的机理进行了分析。
