| 摘 要： | 以重庆房地产职业学院学生管理工作为视角,从高等职业学院的办学定位、学生特点及发展态势,围绕学院专业办学特色,对于如何加强内涵建设,提高学生到课率、毕业率、就业率等一系列关乎教育教学质量的问题进行了探讨,并就新时期构建学生管理模式,促进学院快速发展进行了有益的实践与探讨。
