| 摘 要： | 在实施阳光体育运动工程、促进青少年健康素质提高的新形势下，高职院校女体育教师应具备良好的职业形象，高尚的职业道德素质，全面的职业能力素质。根据学生未来职业劳动的需要，积极开展阳光体育运动，对学生进行职业实用性体育教育。

| Abstract: | In the new situation of implementing Sunshine Sports Project to promote the health of the teenagers, the female PE teachers in higher vocational colleges should have good professional image, noble professional moral qualities and full-scale professional abilities. According to the needs of the students future career, teachers should actively start the Sunshine Sports and to educate the students about the practical vocational teaching of PE. |
