| 摘 要： | 介绍了合金渗碳钢18Cr2Ni4W几种工艺的热处理效果,并据热处理原理分析了其中的原因,得出淬火后进行深冷处理是18Cr2Ni4W渗碳钢的最佳工艺方法。同时对深冷处理所用的简易设备和具体的处理过程进行了简单的描述。

| Abstract: | The different heat treatment results of several process alloy carburizing steel 18Cr2Ni4W are introduced in the artical,and the reasons of these processes are analyses at the angle of region heat treatment theory.It is concluded that the best heat treatment way is deep cooling treatment after quenching for.In the same time adapted simple device and process are simply described. |
